If a Muslim man and Christian woman got married in the church, but the marriage certificate was not sent to the married couples respective embassies and foreign affairs for authentication, is the marriage considered legal? If so, what must be done for the marriage to get annuled, since the man is no longer with the Christian wife and is now married with a muslim woman.
